Can I cancel my plan any time?

Yes. We ask for one month’s notice in writing or by email — there’s no cancellation fee and no lock-in.

What happens if I need treatment that isn’t covered by my plan?

You get 10% off any private treatment on every plan. We’ll always give you a written quote before any work starts, with no pressure to proceed.

Does emergency cover come with every plan?

Worldwide 24/7 emergency dental cover is included on Plan 1 and Plan 2. Plans 3 and 4 are hygiene-focused — the right fit if you already have dental care sorted and just want regular hygiene visits on a monthly payment.

Can children or other family members join?

Each plan covers one adult patient. If you’re signing up with family, mention it at reception — we’re happy to set up plans together and walk everyone through the options.

Can I switch plans as my needs change?

Yes — any time, either way. If your needs shift (new patient, starting hygiene visits, or wanting to step back from check-ups), we’ll suggest the right plan. No penalty for switching.

How do I sign up?

Sign-up happens in practice rather than online — it’s a short admin step with our Practice Manager during a visit. Just ask at reception, or mention it at your next check-up.
